To achieve our vision we have a number of strategic goals that represent the key points in the services we offer.
Our strategic goals are designed to build confidence for our shareholders and clients, and to ensure that our current businesses remain in good shape.

Identifying our strategic goals
Our strategic goals were developed through extensive consultation with our clients, our students, etc.
Specifically, our strategic goals have taken into account:
• independent customer and client attitudes and satisfaction research
• issues identified through environmental scanning

• Identify, monitor and prioritise market opportunities whilst building the core business

• Manage the life cycle of the existing service and product portfolio and ensure an appropriate portfolio is maintained
• Keep pace with market developments in our product and service development
• Leverage new service and product opportunities off our market position and global infrastructure

• Build a brand and brand management strategy
• Increase take-up of kadi services and products through targeted marketing strategies
• Strengthen our global positioning through a targeted corporate relationship strategy

Strategic Goal 4: Build customer and client loyalty
• Excel in client and customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction
• Value the current client base and nurture new clients
• Retain and build business with customers and clients through quality systems and processes for service delivery

• Effectively manage the company to meet professional standards and all customer and legal requirements
• Support the company"s business objectives through the development of systems, compatible with our clients
