As a result of changes in Government's policy,(Iranian Parliament has passed a
landmark educational law making it possible for the first time after revolution
for internationally famous academic higher institutions to open their branches
in Iran utilizing the great market opportunity of 17/000/000 high school
graduates who mostly want to continue their education at such prestigious
universities. Years ago Kadi International made the proposal to the Iranian
Parliament and now it has bore fruit leading to an historically unprecedented
upsurge of educational activity in a country thirsty to receive such education.
We announce, broadcast and publicize this news to the entire cultural and
scientific world. Pronouncing our preparedness to cooperate and link the
universities involved with state and private sectors, speeding up and avoiding
red tape bureaucratic procedures which may hamper or discourage many interest
parties who want to invest or open branches.
As mentioned before we have the administrative and marketing expertise and
experience to cater and bring into connection academic centers) Kadi undertook
initiatives in the mid-1998s to build a new business in student recruitment
through such activities as education counselling, publications, exhibitions and
English language testing.

Examinations Syndicate .
Looking forward
As we moves into the new millennium, Kadi is again meeting the challenge of
adapting to a new environment, and leading the industry forward. While student
recruitment and project development are still integral to the company, Kadi has
recently restructured its services to include: Assessment and Evaluation;
Marketing, Research and Consultancies; and Graduate Services.
